We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The following cannot be returned: Items that have been mounted, modified, or used — Optics with scratched lenses — Electronic items with activated registration — Clearance and final sale items — Special orders
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
